Yoga and mobility training

Whilst the purpose of Yoga and Mobility training is very similar, the practice is different. In summary, Mobility is an active practice, whereas Yoga is a passive practice.

There are mobility exercises within yoga, but yoga is a spiritual practice that uses movement, meditation and breathwork to connect the body, mind and soul. Mobility on the other hand, is a form of movement that focuses on actively taking our joints through their full range of motion.

Our expert practitioners run daily classes in our state-of-the-art studio for all ages and abilities. Why not try a taster session to see how Yoga and/or Mobility training can improve your physical and mental health?

Massage and sports injury therapy

We’ve all seen the adverts for luxury holiday breaks where man and woman are enjoying a relaxing pool-side massage whilst drifting off in the sunshine. Our massage and sports injury therapy practice is slightly different.

It’s a client-centered framework for providing massage therapy through a process of assessment and evaluation, plan of care, treatment, reassessment and re-evaluation, health messages, document, and closure in an effort to improve health and wellbeing.

So, if you’re suffering from a physical injury, or you’re feeling stressed and worn down, a short evaluation with our expert practitioner on-site is your first step to getting back to feeling your best.

Breathwork Sessions

In breathwork, you manipulate or change your breathing pattern to have a desired effect on the

body. Some breathwork techniques are more calming and regulating to the system while others are activating and help to enhance your physical performance.

Our weekly breathwork sessions, led by an industry-leading practitioner, will allow you to disconnect from your head, reconnect to the body, move stuck energy and emotions, and be an active participant in your own healing. It is a completely safe practice where we breathe through the mouth for the entirety of the practice. The continuous breathing helps to break down the emotions that build up in the body that are stagnant and unprocessed and create havoc on our physical andenergetic bodies.

Himalayan salt rest room

Known as Halotherapy, or salt therapy, it involves breathing in air with tiny salt particles to improve

your breathing. Halotherapy is considered an alternative treatment for lung problems such as

asthma, bronchitis, and cough.

Our bespoke Himalayan Salt Rest Room is for guests who have just come out of the ice baths and

sauna rooms. Spend just 20 minutes is the tranquil setting, leave your phone at the door and you

can just feel your body and mind relax.
