Welcome to Tower Pilates Studio. A boutique studio in the heart of Coventry located within a tranquil wellness centre, One Wellness.

At Tower Pilates Studio we focus on a teaching style that is warm, welcoming, educational, encouraging and supportive. We combine a unique combination of classic and contemporary Pilates. We follow the foundational principles of Classical Pilates such as breath, concentration, control, centre, precision and flow while integrating the current understanding of biomechanics and anatomy. This approach can be particularly beneficial for individuals recovering from injury, athletes looking to enhance their performance or those with specific physical conditions requiring a tailored approach.

Tower Apparatus Studio


The Pilates Tower is a vertical frame that combines all aspects of Pilates with resistance springs to strengthen, lengthen and engage your muscles along with mobilising every part of your body.

A boutique Tower apparatus studio with a maximum class size of 4, you will be guided and assisted as required by our team of experienced Pilates teachers who will provide hands on adjustments and lots of verbal ques to ensure you are focusing on your alignment, switching on the correct muscles and ensuring you get the most out of your class.

Barre

A high energy, high burn, low impact, full body workout! Barre blends the elements of pilates, yoga and ballet to create a fun way to sculpt, tone and strengthen your body. Expect to feel the burn and have fun doing it!

Vinyasa Yoga

Switch off, tune in and find your flow. A more energising style of yoga that will leave you feeling strong, focused and relaxed.

Kettles

We will flow through the fundamental series of The BIG 6 Kettlebell movements. We will challenge our bodies, burn calories whilst building strength and definition. Get ready to work!
